IT Infrastructure Project Manager and End-to-End Program Manager
- New $200M building IT Infrastructure, 5 stories (450,000 Square feet) from ground breaking to move in/production
- The $10 million IT Budget included new desktops/laptops, new Cisco PBXs for back office and Avaya PBXs for Front Office supporting 2,700 Call Center personnel and 300 back-office support staff, in a timely manner, within budget
- Global End-to-End PM for the implementation of the local IT infrastructure, including the LAN and WAN traversing a diverse carrier implementation, with total building population of 3,000 call center/support staff
- Managed worldwide technical staff to build out new building’s infrastructure including its new regional Data Center
- Directed the IT infrastructure setup for a new $200M facility, managing a comprehensive budget and ensuring timely project delivery and successful consolidation of 4 Call Centers into the new building
