Sr. Project Manager, Merger and Acquisitions, Divestitures
- Guided by a TSA, working with the Selling organization to split off subsidiaries sold to the Buying organization
- Identifying Data Centers, Domains, IT assets (Servers, workstations, network hardware, applications) and managing separation of any dependencies on Seller and Buyer data centers and services and ensuring separation of dependencies on either data centers
- Work includes defining network firewall changes that restrict access between buyer and seller entities worldwide
- Working with a global IT workforce to facilitate changes through agreed upon change windows including Hypercare activities beyond cutovers
- Creating actionable project plans, timelines, burn down charts and milestones for tracking the progress of the separation of the companies involved with deadlines that met the needs of the TSA for the two major entities I was involved in
- Tracked compliance for Cyber Security including appropriate firewall policies and accesses over VPN
- Managed IT infrastructure separation for subsidiaries, focusing on data center and network dependencies to ensure seamless divestiture processes
